Our Mission

To be a “Ministry of Availability” to those who seek to abide in Jesus Christ  and love Him with all that they are.

“Putting one life on another life for the purpose of experiencing Christ as life.
Disciple: a pupil, one who is teachable, a learner
Discipleship is intentional and relational.
Discipleship is a relationship”

What does a Discipleship Relationship look like?

Two People meeting one on one, at least, once per week to discuss their respective relationships with God by asking 3 questions of one another.

  1. Where are you with God right now? What’s He showing you?
  2. Tell me about an experience with God you had this week, something that happened and you thought, “Now, that was a God thing!”
  3. Give me 3 things that I can be praying for you (These things must be about you only). I commit that I will pray for you daily until we meet next time.

What We Do

Help believers grow into an intimate relationship with the Person of Jesus Christ.

More… We are called to a Ministry of “1 on 1” Discipleship.  We believe that Discipleship is a simple process.  It occurs when two or more people get together to listen and point.  We listen to one another and point each other back toward the wisdom of God.

There are 3 ways in which we do this:

  1. By conducting and facilitating “1 on 1” Discipleship
  2. By raising awareness for the need and benefit of “1 on 1” Discipleship
  3. By being available to minister in any way God leads

Current Examples

  • Leading monthly company “Faith@Work” discussions over lunch applying God’s truth to current business circumstances.
  • Facilitating a monthly “Iron Sharpening Iron (ISI)” business owner/leader forum  www.ironsharpeningiron.net
  • Leading Men Step Up Gwinnett, a forum where men are challenged to step up to the Truth, which meets weekly each Friday from 6:30 am to 7:30 am at California Dreaming on Old Peachtree Rd. and I-85 in Duluth, GA www.menstepupgwinnett.com

Casey & Christie Sanders

Since 1999, Casey Sanders has discipled men all over the Atlanta area “1 on 1″ through Jesus Spoken Here Ministries.  In the mid nineties as a Pharmaceutical Sales Executive, Casey discovered his identity in Christ and began to share the joy that comes from walking in intimacy with Jesus.  Leaving a paycheck via the corporate world to walk by faith in Discipleship Ministry has been the most fulfilling thing he and his wife, Christi have ever done.  Christi and Casey are the very blessed parents of 3 sons; Travis, Troy, & T.J.

Casey, a business school graduate of Florida State University, spent 15 years working with Motorola, Nursefinders, Johnson & Johnson, and CIBA Vision.  He helped grow CIBA Vision Ophthalmics from a small start up to a $100 million company as its first National Sales Director.  He is one of the founders of Jesus Spoken Here Ministries, a “1 on 1” Discipleship Ministry which walks with men, couples, business owners, companies, and churches.  Ultimately, the goal of Jesus Spoken Here is helping believers fall in love with the Person of Jesus Christ.

Vice President of Jesus Spoken Here Ministries

Stephen grew up in central New York in a family very involved with the Catholic Church.  He received his B.A. in Psychology from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC and pursued an MDIV. at Baptist Bible Seminary in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania.  Stephen was ordained by Bridgeway Church in Alpharetta, Georgia.

He has served as a teacher, speaker, counselor and administrator at both Grace Ministries International and Grace Walk Ministries.  Stephen assisted Steve McVey in establishing Grace Walk Ministries in Atlanta, Georgia after which he started a new branch in Orlando, Florida.  He also served as the Executive Pastor of Celebration Community Church in Celebration, Florida.  After moving back to Alpharetta, Stephen served as the Director of Education and Pastoral Care Ministries at Creekside United Methodist Church in Cumming, Georgia.

His life’s passion is “to know and share life to the fullest”.  He has found fulfillment of this desire as a disciple of Jesus Christ and in helping others grow joyfully in love with Him. (John 10:10, 14:6)

Stephen, his wife Deborah, and their daughter Chloe live in Alpharetta, Georgia.  Deborah is a teacher at Mt. Pisgah Christian School and Chloe is a senior at the University of Georgia.
